Is the Free plan really free forever?
Yes. One user, five active leases, twenty-five parties — and the exact same double-entry accounting engine as the paid plans. It's not a demo; it's the real thing, sized for a small portfolio.
What happens when my 30-day trial ends?
Nothing dramatic. You keep all your data and drop to the Free plan unless you upgrade. We don't ask for a card up front, so there's no surprise charge — ever.
What does 'active leases' mean exactly?
Leases currently running or in notice period. Drafts, history and archives are unlimited on every plan — we only count the portfolio you're actively managing.
Do I need to know accounting?
Not at all. You record everyday events — a payment came in, a deposit was made, a repair was billed — and the journal writes the double-entry behind the scenes. You get simplicity; your accountant gets rigor.
Can my accountant have access?
Yes — invite them as a user with a viewer role and they'll see live, always-balanced books instead of a shoebox of receipts. They will probably thank you.
Is my data safe?
Every sign-in requires a fresh verification code sent to your email. Access is role-based, every action lands in a permanent activity log, and your organisation's data is fully isolated from everyone else's.
Can I get my data out?
Always. Full registry export to Excel at any time, on any plan, plus PDF/CSV exports of reports. It's your data; we just keep it tidy.
